Book / Movie Group
Beginning in January!
Over the years, many of you have recommended wonderful books/movies. I have passed on those recommendations and many women have reported that some of those selections have been very powerful, even life changing.
Beginning in January, Donna is forming a book/movie (bibliotherapy) group. Based on your great recommendations, we will meet to discuss the selection. We will meet monthly, alternating between Friday evening and Saturday morning. You do not have to commit to all the sessions, just the ones that interest you. The meetings will be two hours in length and limited to 10 participants. The cost of these sessions will be $40.00 and NOT covered by insurance.
Some of the topics we will explore include addiction, mindful living, relationships with parents or siblings, romance, mental illness, infidelity, dealing with difficult people, aging, ethics, responsibility.
All you need to do is read the book or watch the DVD, reserve a space and show up! The goal of these sessions is to connect with others for insight and support as we tackle the difficult and challenging issues in our life.
